DST Athletes makes All-Star Game

Daman’s Strength Training is the place for the serious athlete to train. The gym’s atmosphere and Rick’s training knowledge and the devotion to the kids, makes the athletes want to work hard. Training at DST has made Kyle feel physically and mentally stronger. He has become a more confident wrestler which has lead him to be selected as the team captain. We, as parents have noticed two changes over the past 5 months since Kyle has been training at DST. Kyle’s overall physical appearance has changed dramatically. Without even flexing you can see his 6-pack and muscle definition in this shoulders and arms. In addition to the physical change, he has also changed mentally. In the past, when Kyle wrestled, he would mentally shut down if he got caught in a tough spot which would normally lead to a loss. Now, after training at DST, Kyle is a different wrestler. He now works through all of his matches with confidence.

I’ve known Rick for several years as he has now trained both of my sons. Jesse has been training with Rick for two years. His strength, attitude and love for working out continue to grow. Training at DST has helped me gain the confidence I need. Before I started training I had a lack of confidence. When I started 16 months ago I was only working with light sandbags and now I’ve got my bench up for 205 lbs and my dead lift is at 405 lbs. I have built my way up on the kettle bells first starting out at the 26 lb kettle bells and now I breeze through the 70 lb kettle bell. I recommend this gym because the atmosphere is intense and the other athletes around you will push you.
