Resilient Athlete: TRUE bad ass!!
We have 40 athletes that train at DST. Each athlete has a different rate of success. This athlete is truly a great example of starting at nothing and continuing to climb mountains. Sean Hupp came to DST at 250 lbs. Sean needed some major work and the road ahead was a long one.
Over the past 1 ½ years Sean has completely changed into an athlete. He pulled out his potential and continues to reach new goals! Sean has been extremely focused since day one and has NEVER missed a training session. There is nothing he can’t do at DST.
Trust me if there was he WILL find a way to conquer it.
For coaches who say that bodyweight, kettle bells and sand bags don’t work here is another example of an athlete progressing through many phases of training. NEVER wavering, getting frustrated or making stupid excuses!
