X-Athletes Program: Get Strong! Again!
This group is full of X-Athletes who have been training at DST for over a year. The 3 guys front squatting are serious about training and NEVER miss a workout.
They train 2 x a week and have grown each and every week. The other 2 guys training with Sand Bags are currently in their 2nd week and have got better each week. They also train 2 x per week.
I plan to post more video of this group as they always put in good work!
