Youth Bodyweight and Development Program
On Saturday’s we have started a Youth Bodyweight and Development Program for ages 9-12. These athletes will be taught how to use their own bodyweight as a training tool! This video is our first Saturday.
I film the athletes each week so we can look back at their progressions they are making and how fast they learn.
They will not use any weight or throw any med balls until they can accomplish all of our bodyweight movements. Parents always ask me about a speed and agility program. “How can I get my son faster?” and, “ How can he get better at his agility moves?”
Ages 9-12 should be concentrating on strictly bodyweight movements ONLY. As they progress then we will add in some light kettle bells and more advanced bodyweight movements.
Our main goal and purpose is to start Building the Foundation of Strength!
